Wash the lettuce very well leaf by leaf and cut them into thin strips. Cut the spring onion into circles.
The pineapple can be from a tin and it can also be fresh, whichever one is better for you. Cut it into cubes and add it to the lettuce and onion.
Mix everything with oil, vinegar, a pinch of sugar and salt. Distribute the green salad into plates and garnish it with corn and olives on top.
