How to make
Boil the potatoes, without overcooking, let them cool down, peel them and cut them into pieces. Place them in a bowl and add the finely chopped, pre-sautéed bacon and well crumbled eggs.
Stir the mustard, olive oil and vinegar until homogeneous and pour this over the pre-seasoned with salt and pepper salad. Toss the salad well and serve it.
Goes well with homemade brandy.
