"A tasty salad which makes the coldest winter days not so cold, nor as wintry either."

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 19.5 oz (550 g)
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2, boiled
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • vinegar - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Boil the potatoes, without overcooking, let them cool down, peel them and cut them into pieces. Place them in a bowl and add the finely chopped, pre-sautéed bacon and well crumbled eggs.

Stir the mustard, olive oil and vinegar until homogeneous and pour this over the pre-seasoned with salt and pepper salad. Toss the salad well and serve it.

Goes well with homemade brandy.
