Ingredients

  • onions - 6 - 8 onions
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • green peppers - 1 pc.
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/4 tsp.
  • oil - 1 tsp.
  • paprika - 1/4 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • vegetable broth - 2 and 1/2 cups (500 ml)

How to make

Peel the onions and wash them. Make a vertical incision on each onion and remove all layers, only leaving one whole outer layer.

Chop the inside of the onion very finely, along with the pepper and carrot. For this purpose it is best to use a chopper.

Add salt, black pepper, paprika, oil and the breadcrumbs to the chopped vegetables. Stir them very well.

Carefully fill the separated outer parts of the onions with this mixture.

Press them well and arrange them close to each other in a small baking tray.

Pour the vegetable broth over them and cover them with aluminum foil.

Bake them at 320°F (160 degrees) for 20-30 minutes.
