How to make
Fry the onion and zucchini, add the rice to them shortly after, fry it until it turns transparent and pour 3 cups of water. Leave the water evaporate over medium heat.
Before taking it off the heat, season with salt and dill.
Transfer them into a baking pan and pour the Béchamel sauce over the products. It is prepared by melting the butter and pouring the flour into it and once it's lightly fried and add the milk. Stir constantly so that no lumps form.
Bake at 360°F (180 degrees) until it's ready.
