Ingredients

  • oatmeal - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • cranberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • nuts - 5.3 oz (150 g) (crushed hazelnuts, peanuts and walnuts)
  • honey - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dried fruit
  • dark chocolate - 3.5 oz (100 g) optional

How to make

Mix all solid ingredients. Stir them evenly with a wooden spoon.

Then pour the honey over the rest. Stir well.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan, smooth it out and bake it in a preheated 210°F (100°C) oven for 25 minutes.

While the mixture is baking, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Take out the baked granola bar and pour the chocolate over it.

Leave it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
