  • grated apples - 1 cup
  • einkorn flour - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1/3 cup
  • grinded walnuts - 1 cup
  • raisins - 1 cup
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1 pc.

How to make

In a bowl, beat the eggs, oil and sugar with a mixer. Without stopping the mixer, add the einkorn flour, which you have mixed with baking powder and cinnamon.

Add the raisins, walnuts and grated apples. Stir the mixture with a spoon. In a muffin tin, place a baking paper cup and fill it with 3/4 of the mixture.

Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees).
