How to make
Put the butter in a small saucepan and fry it briefly with a tablespoon of flour. Add the milk and mix everything carefully so that no lumps form.
Cook for two to three minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with a little salt and black pepper, according to your taste.
Place a piece of ham on the slices of bread. Grate yellow cheese on the ham. Pour a tablespoon of the bechamel sauce over the yellow cheese.
Cover it with another slice, grate the yellow cheese again and drizzle with bechamel once again. Bake in the oven until the cheese melts and the sandwiches form a slight crisp.
