  • oatmeal - 50 g
  • butter - 3 tbsp.
  • ayran - 200 ml
  • salt
  • soda
  • sugar

How to make

Mix the flour, oatmeal, salt, baking soda and sugar. Make a well and pour the ayran and melted butter into it.

Knead the dough and roll it out thinly. Cut the dough into rectangles and arrange them in a greased baking tray.

Bake at 320°F (160 degrees).
