How to make
Cut the chicken into chunks. Preferably use chicken fillets.
In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, lemon juice, ginger and black pepper. Pour the marinade over the meat and leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
In a frying pan with hot oil, fry the bites, roll them in the beaten egg beforehand and then in the flour.
Once you have fried them, place them onto kitchen paper to absorb the fat.
