  • rice - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • milk - 10 fl oz (300 ml)
  • coconut flour - 7 tbsp. (or grated coconut)
  • sugar - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • oranges - 1 pc.
  • cinnamon - 1 packet
  • lemons - 1 tbsp. (grated peel)

How to make

Put the rice to boil in a small amount of slightly salted water.

Once the water has evaporated, add the sugar, coconut flour or grated coconut and milk.

Leave it to the boil a little more and transfer it into a bowl filled with cold water.

Garnish the rice pudding with cinnamon and slices of orange or other fruit.
