Ingredients

  • fresh mango - 1/2 pc.
  • bananas - 1 small banana
  • milk - 3/4 cup (150 ml) semi - skimmed
  • orange juice - 4 fl oz (120 ml)
  • lime juice - 2 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • frozen yogurt - 2 tbsp. (with vanilla flavor)
  • fresh lemon balm - for decoration

How to make

Peel a mango and remove the seed. Cut the fruit into large pieces and place them in a blender along with the banana.

Add the milk, orange and lemon juice, sugar and frozen yogurt and blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until the mixture is fluffy and frothy.

Pour the mixture into glass cups, garnish with the lemon balm and if desired and serve immediately.
