  • chicken - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onions - 14 oz (400 g) or leeks
  • oil - 4 tbsp.
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • savory - 1 sprig
  • bay leaf
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • flour - 2 tbsp.

How to make

The meat is deboned and cut into chunks and it's fried in fat until it turns white. Take it out and fry the cleaned and chopped onion or leek in the same fat.

After 2 minutes, put the meat back in and add the tomato puree and paprika. Then add the remaining spices and a little warm water.

Simmer the dish until it's semi-cooked, then add the lightly baked flour, which you have previously diluted with the sauce from the dish.

After about 10 minutes the dish is ready.
