Ingredients

  • chicken breast - 1.1 lb (500 g) or hearts
  • onion - 2 - 3 onions
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 - 2 tsp.
  • bay leaf - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • allspice - 1 - 2 grains
  • black pepper - 6 - 7 grains
  • tomatoes - 1 small tin (200 - 300 g)
  • savory herb
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • fresh parsley - 1/2 bunch

How to make

Boil the chicken hearts or chicken, until the meat is fully cooked.

Cut onion into crescents, garlic into slices and carrots into cubes.

Pour oil in the pot, the cut products and fry them a little with paprika.

Then add the broth from the boiling and more water, if necessary, bay leaf (2-3 according to size), allspice and black peppercorns and savory herb.

Boil, until it is semi-cooked, then add tomatoes and cooked meat. Finally, beat 2-3 tablespoons of flour with water and pour them into the stew. Boil for up to 5 minutes.

When it is ready, remove the bay leaf and add fresh parsley.

The onion stew with chicken is ready.
