Ingredients

  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • olives - 10
  • potatoes - 2, medium
  • butter - 1/2 packet
  • eggs - 1
  • onions - 1 small head
  • peppers - 1, red
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley

How to make

To prepare the mixture, mix the minced meat, egg, finely grated potatoes, 2/3 of the grated cheese, finely chopped parsley, onion, salt and black pepper to taste.

In a rectangular tray, lay out rice paper and spread the mixture out evenly. Sprinkle sliced olives, finely chopped mushrooms and the pepper on it. Carefully roll it up and sprinkle it with cheese.

Put it to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.
