Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g), medium small
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • corn flour - 1 tbsp.
  • milk - 5 fl oz (150 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Wash the mushrooms and boil them for 10 minutes in salted water. Remove them from the heat and strain them. Allow the mushrooms to cool.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with both types of flour. Add milk and as much salt and black pepper as you desire. Mix well until you have a smooth mixture.

Heat more oil in a deep frying pan. Roll the mushrooms in flour and then in the breadcrumbs.

Fry them in the heated fat until they aquire a golden color.

Place them on kitchen paper, so it can absorb the fat and serve them with a sauce of your choice.
