Ingredients

  • sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • heavy cream - 3 cups
  • mango - 2 pcs
  • mango juice - 2 cups (from a juice box)

How to make

Cut the mango in half, peel it and remove the pit. Chop the flesh finely and blend to a smooth consistency.

Mix the sugar with the water, bring to a boil and keep it on the stove, until the sugar dissolves completely.

Remove the sugary water from the stove, allow it to cool and add the mango juice. Stir well, add the mango puree and heavy cream and stir again to achieve a homogeneous mix.

Place the sorbet in the freezer for 4 hours. During this time stir the mango sorbet thoroughly, twice.

Serve in small glass bowls.
