How to make
1 and 1/2 onions are finely chopped, the carrots are peeled and finely chopped. The celery is cut into cubes.
The onions, carrots and celery are stewed in a little water and oil and when they are ready, add the meatballs, that you have rolled in flour and 1 and 1/2 cups of rice and the finely chopped tomatoes.
Boil it and when it's ready, sprinkle it with parsley.
For the meatballs:
1/2 onion is finely chopped and added to the minced meat. Add the egg white, parsley, black pepper and salt and mix.
