  • minced meat - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onion - 2 onions
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • egg whites - 1 pc.
  • celery
  • rice - 2 cup
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

1 and 1/2 onions are finely chopped, the carrots are peeled and finely chopped. The celery is cut into cubes.
