How to make
Cut the meat into portions and put it in a saucepan covered with water to boil until it softens.
Meanwhile, finely chop the carrots, onions and garlic. Fry them in hot oil.
Add the paprika and grated tomatoes. Fry them well and pour them over the meat.
Clean the spinach, wash it and cut it into small pieces. Pour it over the meat. Add the spices and salt and cook until the spinach is ready.
