Ingredients

  • sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)

How to make

Heat a dry Teflon pan well and put 3 tablespoons of sugar to melt and turn into a light caramel. While stirring continuously, add the hot water and stir until homogeneous.

Leave the sugary syrup to cool and pour it out into a bowl, where you have sifted the powdered sugar in advance. Stir the caramel glaze well.
