How to make
Boil the peeled and sliced potatoes.
Stew the chopped onion and spinach in oil. Season with black pepper and salt.
Arrange a row of potatoes in a greased pan. Then spinach and onions.
Sprinkle them with some breadcrumbs and yellow cheese and potatoes again.
Pour fresh milk and bake.
Pour the eggs and yoghurt over the cooked dish and bake for a little longer.
