Soak the chickpeas overnight in cold water. The next day, pour cold water over them and boil them until they soften completely.
Take the chickpeas out with a slotted spoon and beat them with a mixer along with the spices. Add the water, lemon juice and sesame tahini to the mixture.
If you want your hummus to have a smoother texture, you need to peel the chickpeas after boiling them.
Optionally, you can serve it spread on toasted slices.
