How to make
Put the mix of nuts and seeds in the blender. Add the stalks of fresh thyme and rosemary and blend them.
Transfer the mixture into a flat plate, convenient for breading.
Heat the breading oil in a deep frying pan. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Cut the feta cheese into slices. Roll them in flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs and cover them with a mixture of nuts, seeds and fresh herbs.
Fry the cheese slices until they aquire a golden color.
When serving, you can lightly drizzle the breaded cheese with a little liquid honey.
