How to make
Dissolve the yeast in warm water with the sugar. Cover and leave them for about 5-10 minutes until they form bubbles. Add the sifted flour in stages. Knead an elastic dough (10-15 minutes), and finally add the oil and salt.
Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Leave it to rise in a warm place for 40 minutes or until increased in volume twice.
Split the dough into 10 portions of 3 oz (80 g) and form them into buns. Put the buns in a tray laid out with baking paper. Optionally, sprinkle them with corn or rice flour, and cover. Let them rest for about 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (230 °C) for 5-6 minutes.
Then reduce the oven to 390°F (200 °C) and bake for 10 minutes until golden in color.
