"Healthy blueberry smoothie - I like its taste early in the morning ... and in the afternoon as well"

Ingredients

  • frozen or fresh blueberries - 1/2 cup
  • skimmed yogurt - 1 cup
  • mint - 1 tsp. (cut into small pieces)
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • ice - 4 - 5 cubes
  • honey - 1 tsp.

How to make

Put the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend well at the highest speed.

Put it in a tall blender jug and blend until you get a smooth mixture.

Pour the finished smoothie into suitable cups and garnish it with mint leaves.
