Ingredients

  • eggs - 3 - 4 pcs.
  • spring onion - 3 - 4 stalks
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - to taste
  • spearmint - fresh, to taste

How to make

The onions are cleaned and finely chopped.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion for 1-2 minutes.

Crack the eggs in the pan and mix with the onion and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes depending on how you like them.

Add salt, chop the spearmint and serve with a salad of your choice.
