The chicken fillet is cut into steaks and each one is tenderized well. Arrange them in a deep bowl.
Pour the white wine into another bowl and add the spices.
Leave the rosemary and basil on the sprigs and dip them in the wine.
The garlic cloves are pressed or cut into very small pieces. The amount of hot pepper and salt are according to the individual taste of each.
Finally, add the olive oil and mix everything. Pour this marinade over the steaks, covering them with about one finger of it.
It is good to mix the steaks in the marinade. Cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the refrigerate for at least 5-6 hours.
The longer they marinate, the more tender and fragrant they become. After removing them from the marinade, cook them on a very hot grill or grill pan.
