Ingredients

  • milk chocolate - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • coffee - 3 tsp. ground
  • milk - 3 cups
  • sugar - 4 tsp.
  • cream - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • dark chocolate - 1 oz (30 g)

How to make

Grate the milk chocolate coarsely. The coffee is brewed and while it is hot, the grated milk chocolate is put into it.

The milk is boiled and added little by little to the coffee, constantly mixing. Add the sugar and divide the drink into four cups.

Whip the cream and decorate the coffee with it. The dark chocolate is finely grated and the cream is sprinkled with it. Serve immediately.
