How to make
Boil the potatoes without overcooking them, peel them and let them cool. Cut them into pieces.
Chop the onions, mash them lightly with your hands and then sprinkle with a little salt and vinegar. Beat the ingredients for the dressing well - white balsamic vinegar, mustard, sour cream, olive oil and pour this resulting sauce over the potatoes.
Chop the basil, rosemary, thyme and parsley finely and mix them into the salad. Finally, season with salt and pepper and add the olives.
