How to make
Wash the avocados, bisect them, remove the pits. Clean out the bitter brown skin from the hole where the pit was. Cut the flesh of the avocados in rhombic sections, but without cutting the skin. Then scrape out the flesh of the avocados with a spoon.
Put the tahini in a bowl and mix it with the lemon juice. Add the avocado cubes, olive oil, crushed garlic, chopped parsley and salt and stir.
Then transfer everything to a blender and puree. The resulting puree is served in bowls and eaten chilled as an appetizer.
