How to make
Finely chop the parsley together with the garlic cloves. The hot pepper is crushed.
Optionally, you can crush these products in a mortar, adding a little olive oil and lemon juice to emulsify.
To all this add oregano and black pepper, pour lemon juice and olive oil and salt.
The dressing is mixed well and served with whole baked potatoes, each person pouring over them as much dressing as they want.
It is good for the potatoes to be warm when combined with the dressing, so the aromas will intensify more, and the warm potatoes are much more tender, juicy and tasty than the cold ones.
