How to make
Cut circles from the slices of bread /without the crust/ with a suitable shape. Peel the garlic and mash it.
Add olive oil and stir. Using a silicone brush, smear the bruschettas and arrange them in a suitable tray.
Bake in a preheated oven until brown /should become crispy/.
Garnish each bruschetta with pieces of fresh cheese, a teaspoon of tomato paste and a basil leaf.
Perfect appetizer for a cold beer!
