How to make
The eggplant is washed and cut into circles.
Put in a little water with salt for about 30 minutes to remove the bitterness.
From the products listed above, make a thick paste and drain the eggplant from the water. Dip each piece in the breading and fry in hot oil on both sides.
Remove from the pan and place on kitchen paper to drain the fat. You can serve the finished eggplant with garlic sauce or just pour over it a little honey.
