How to make
The first step is to beat the eggs, yogurt, vanilla and honey. Add the oil or melted butter and mashed bananas.
Finally, sift the einkorn flour along with the baking powder and add it as well. Blend them on medium speed with a kitchen mixer until the mixture is smooth.
Then grab your cupcake and muffin tins. Arrange them with baking paper cups and pour the mixture into them.
Bake the dietary banana muffins at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 35-40 minutes. After removing them from the oven, give them time to cool.
Before serving, you can decorate them with banana slices on top.
