Ingredients

  • oatmeal - 7 oz (200 g) fine
  • milk - 5 cups (1 liter)
  • vanilla powder - 1 sachet (2 g)
  • honey - 4 tbsp.
  • bananas - 2 pcs.
  • walnuts - 4 tbsp.

How to make

In a deep saucepan, pour the milk and add a packet of vanilla powder. If you have a milk boiler, use it, it is very convenient.

Bring the pot/milk boiler to a boiling point. Once it starts to rise, add the fine oatmeal. Leave the oatmeal in the hot milk and turn off the stove.

Stir several times for two, three minutes. That's the time it takes for the oatmeal to soak up the milk. Then add honey and mix well. Cover the sweet porridge with a lid and let it sit for another 5 minutes.

Stir the porridge once again before serving.

Serve the dairy porridge with a few slices of banana or other favorite fruit, as well as a tablespoon of crushed walnuts.
