How to make
Boil the milk and pour in the rice that you have washed well with cold water. Add 4 tbsp. sugar, a sachet of vanilla and 1 pinch of salt and boil until the rice softens under the lid.
When the rice is ready, add the cream, lemon juice and candied fruit. Stir, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and grill it for 3-4 minutes until the sugar caramelizes.
The dessert is served well chilled.
