How to make
The sugar is mixed with 3 liters of water and the sugar syrup is boiled and stirred constantly over low heat. Pour one third of the syrup over the mint leaves.
Grate the lemon peel and add it to the mint and syrup. Cover the saucepan with a lid and allow it to cool. The remaining sugar syrup is also left to cool. The blueberries are washed and blended.
Put the blueberry puree in a large bottle or jar, add the mint and all of the sugar syrup. Stir or shake it and leave it for 7 days at room temperature and make sure to shake it every two days. The liquid is then poured out very carefully, so it doesn't mix with the residue.
The liquid is poured into a bottle, closed with a cork, in the middle of which is placed a small rubber hose. The end of the hose is placed in a jar with water and the homemade wine is left for 7 days at room temperature.
It is distributed in bottles and left for 3 months, after which it is ready for consumption.
