Ingredients

  • for 1 dose
  • walnuts - 1/2 cup (cut)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • cow butter - 1 sachet (125 g)
  • sugar - 1 1/4 cups
  • flour - 1 tea cup
  • vanilla powder - 1 sachet
  • rum - 1 tbsp. (optional)
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp.

How to make

The eggs, sugar and butter, which have been slightly melted beforehand, are beaten well with a mixer until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Add the flour, cocoa and vanilla. All this needs to be beaten very well once again.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan, greased with oil or butter (optional). Carefully arrange the pre-cut walnuts on it, so it looks like a mosaic.

Press the walnuts lightly and bake the cocoa fudge in the oven at medium heat.

Once it's baked, cut the fudge into rhombus shapes.
