How to make
Cut the puff pastry into thin strips and wrap the mini sausages with it, but leave edges of the sausages stick out. Arrange them on the edge of a round fireproof baking tray. Grease them with olive oil.
In a bowl, mash the cream cheese, add the tomato sauce and mix well. Add some of the grated cheddar and stir again.
Pour the sauce in the middle of the tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 30 minutes. On the 20th minute of baking, take the tray out and sprinkle the sauce with the remaining cheddar.
Take them out once they're ready and serve the mini hot dogs and the dip.
