  • milk - 1 1/2 cups (300 ml)
  • ham - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • yellow cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

First, boil the macaroni in salted water until they're semi-cooked.

Meanwhile, finely chop the ham and grate the cheese.

When the macaroni are cooked, strain them and add the butter. Stir well until the butter melts well enough.

After thet, beat the three eggs in a small bowl and add them to the macaroni. Season with a little black pepper and salt. Add the milk and ham and mix well.

Transfer them to a suitable baking pan and bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 20 minutes.

Finally, add the grated yellow cheese and bake the macaroni in the oven for another 10 minutes until the yellow cheese melts.
