How to make
Stew the chopped onion in hot fat. Add the washed and sliced mushrooms (if they are small, leave them whole).
Add the cleaned and washed rice and mix it with the other products. While stirring constantly, cook until the rice is translucent.
Add about 1 1/2 cups of water. Add the salt and the cube of broth. Remove the stuffing from the heat and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
Stuff the washed and cleaned chicken and place it in a suitable baking dish. Spread mayonnaise and red pepper all over it.
Bake at 360°F (180 degrees) until it turns golden brown (about 1 hour). Sprinkle it with black pepper.
Serve the cooked stuffed chicken with a suitable salad.
