  • coconut flakes - 10 tsp
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 4 egg whites
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • cinnamon - 1/3 tsp powdered
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Preheat the oven to 270°F (130 °C). Beat the egg whites to a fluffy snow with a pinch of salt and gradually add sugar to them while beating.

Then, thoroughly mix them with the vanilla, cinnamon and coconut flakes. Fill an icing piping syringe with a star-shaped nozzle and squeeze out small cookies onto a tray, covered with baking paper.

Place the German Christmas cookies with coconut to bake for about 1/2 hour.
