Mix the soya sauce, lemon juice, oil, a little salt and pepper and marinate the pieces of chicken for 1-2 hours. Then add the flour to the chicken and mix well.
Whisk the eggs and add them to the nuggets. Stir well and heat oil for frying. Roll each chicken nugget in a mixture of breadcrumbs and sesame seeds and put it to fry until it takes on an even golden tan.
Spray the chicken nuggets with a little balsamic vinegar and serve them with a side as desired.
