How to make
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water with a drizzle of olive oil to avoid them from sticking. Strain the fussili and let it cool.
Cut the gherkins and ham into small cubes.
Mix the pasta, the diced gherkins and ham, the mayonaise, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
We suggest you keep th pasta salad in the fridge before serving it, so all the flavours can blend nicely.
