How to make
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks, then boil until semi-cooked in salted water. Grease 4 clay pots and distribute the potatoes in them.
Each pot gets 1/4 of the cheeses, season with spices and slightly stir them. If necessary, add a little oil. Bake on high heat for 20-30 minutes.
