How to make
Wash the rice well and pour boiling water over it. Leave it for 15-20 minutes, then flush it with cold water.
In a saucepan heat the oil, and fry the couscous. Add the rice and stir for about 5 minutes, until it is also fried. Add water and salt, sugar and lemon juice.
Stir the pilaf until it boils. Reduce the heat and let the dish boil until the water is completely absorbed.
