"Autumn casserole with a rich taste and irresistible aroma"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 5 pcs. (medium - sized)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • minced meat - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper
  • savory herb
  • cauliflower - 4 - 5 roses
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • small zucchini - 1 pc.

How to make

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes, finely chop the onion, the carrot and zucchini is also cut into cubes and the cauliflower is cut into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions, potatoes, carrots and zucchini. Add the minced meat and stir until it's cooked and crumbles.

Add paprika, salt, savory herb and stir. Pour a little warm water to cover the vegetables.

Finally, add the cauliflower roses, transfer and distribute the products into a baking pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) until the water evaporates. Serve the casserole with finely chopped parsley.
