"Are you ready for a pastry lesson? Are you ready for a piece of chocolate tart?"

Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 14 oz (400 g)
  • chocolate - 7 oz (200 g), semisweet
  • chocolate spread - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • chocolat liquor - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • egg yolks - 3 pcs.
  • butter - 6.4 oz (180 g)
  • cocoa powder - for decoration
  • powdere sugar - for decoration

How to make

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, or in the microwave. Beat the eggs with the sugar.

Gradually add the chocolate to the eggs and keep beating, until you achieve a homogeneous mix.

Spread the puff pastry on a tart tray. Cover with parchent paper and on top of it you can put beans or rice, so the pastry doesn't deform while baking.

Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake the tart for 12 minutes. Cool it slightly and add the chocolate spread on top.

Add the chocolate-egg mix to the tart, as well. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 340°F (170 degrees) without fan.

Serve the tart cool dusted with cocoa powder and/or powdered sugar.
