Ingredients

  • pork chops - 8 pcs.
  • field mushrooms - 14 oz (400 g)
  • smoked cream cheese - 1 pc (200 g)
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp.
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • cow butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • pepper - 1 tbsp. (melange)
  • salt - by taste
  • For the marinade
  • soy sauce - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 pc.
  • freshly grated ginger - 1 tbsp.
  • pressed garlic - 1 clove
  • savory herb - dried sprig

How to make

In a suitable bowl, mix the ingredients for the marinade - soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, ginger and the pressed garlic cloves.

After marinating the steaks, dry them and season them with salt and black pepper.

Cut the cleaned mushrooms into large slices and stew them in oil until they soften.

Leave them to cool slightly.

Grate the cream cheese. Mix it with sour cream.

Place the mushrooms, steaks and dairy products in a baking bag.

Add the white wine and a sprig of savory herb.

Close the bag and place it in the clay pot.

Bake the pork chops with mushrooms in a cold oven at 430°F (220 degrees) for the first 30 minutes and then reduce it to 360°F (180 degrees) until it's fully cooked.
