  • cumin - 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • potatoes - 1 pc.
  • lemon juice - from 1 lemon
  • onion - 1 onion
  • olive oil - 1 cup
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt - a pinch

How to make

The lentils and rice are pre-cooked, finely chopped onions and finely chopped potatoes are added to them. Once everything is well cooked, strain it from the water and pour it into a baking pan, where it is not obligatory, but it can also be mashed.

Add the paprika, cumin, salt and black pepper and mix the whole everythng well.

Make small oblong patties, roll them in breadcrumbs and arrange them in a well-greased with olive oil baking pan.

Bake in a 390°F (200 degree) oven for about 20 minutes or until the patties are fully baked.

The patties are served with lemon juice.
